It's dark on the second floor of a basic - but appreciated - hotel in the middle of a busy city in the middle of a much-needed electrical storm. Cars can be heard passing by underneath our window, temporarily illuminated by lightning, dodging lake-like puddles caused by the torrential rains we just received.
Phillip and Chris joined us for beers and dinner, thoroughly enjoying a night spent talking about what it will truly be like to return to America.
We visited Nimi and saw his goats and dogs, afterwards, catching a bite at an intermediate restaurant and then heading on to Jake and Phillip's place. We saw the school and hospital before getting to Chris' place - which is always immaculately clean.
Peace
John
